Changing dates and allocating one or more technicians for an individual service is done quickly and easily on one page with a log kept of all changes. Program the servicing work for an entire year all at once, right down to the “who and when”.

LBC has introduced a quick and easy way to scan all of the faxed paperwork that is returned to you. The Attachments Log enables you to go through all of your faxed service sheets in seconds. The log highlights those service sheets that require specific review, enabling the users specific attention to be drawn to them. This report is available in both 360PM Service Manager and 360PM Issues Manager.

360PM has now been enhanced to allow technicians/resources to be assigned to tasks and have their time directly attributed to tasks. Managers can now report on the profitability of resources and locations as well as assist in the analysis of contracts against budgets.
